You will join us on the journey of establishing our digital strategy, optimising website performance, and strengthening our digital reporting capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital professional who is passionate about driving positive change and delivering impactful solutions alongside our business growth strategy. You’ll combine creativity and analytics to grow reach, engagement, and conversions – working with a lean internal team and a roster of specialist agencies to deliver high-quality, on brand campaigns that support business goals.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager you will be responsible for the following:

Build and maintain measurement frameworks; report against KPIs using GA4, CRM insights, and social media analytics.
Analyse website traffic and user engagement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
Design and run AB testing across landing pages, forms, emails, and ad creative to improve conversion and UX.
Campaigns & Content
Partner with marcomms colleagues to translate value propositions, employer brand proposition, and thought leadership into compelling digital campaigns.
Grow and manage our social presence (LinkedIn, X and BlueSky), developing audience-specific content and paid amplification where appropriate.
Lead email marketing (segmentation, automation, nurture flows, deliverability, and compliance) and produce monthly performance reviews.
Website & User Experience
Oversee the day-to-day management and continual improvement of the company website, focusing on user experience (UX), accessibility, and performance metrics with external web agency.
Champion design consistency and digital brand standards across all assets.
SEO & Emerging Technologies
Own SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) strategies to maximise organic visibility in search results and AI-driven answer engines.
Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver digital projects on time and within budget.
Contribute to forecasting and planning discussions supporting business investment in digital marketing.
Provide advice to colleagues and clients on digital best practice and innovation.
The role will involve supporting broader marketing and communications activities, including events, PR, and internal/external reporting. As a small team, specialist tasks are often outsourced, so agency management and supplier coordination are key.

Experience in digital marketing management within consultancy, B2B services, or public/private sector environments preferred.
Proven social media experience (LinkedIn, X, BlueSky) and ability to develop and maintain social media plan and strategy.
Hands-on expertise across website management, social, email, SEO/AEO, and AB testing.
